How do you read an empty house in a birth chart?
జాతకంలో ఖాళీ భావాన్ని ఎలా చదవాలి?
An empty house is not an inactive one. You read it through its lord: find the planet ruling the sign on that house, see which house it occupies and how strong it is, and add any aspects falling on the empty house. Most houses in most charts are empty — with nine grahas and twelve houses, at least three must be.
ఖాళీ భావం అంటే పనిచేయని భావం కాదు. దాన్ని ఆ భావాధిపతి ద్వారా చదవాలి — ఆ భావంలోని రాశికి అధిపతి ఎవరో చూసి, అతను ఏ భావంలో ఉన్నాడో, ఎంత బలంగా ఉన్నాడో చూడాలి. ఆ ఖాళీ భావంపై పడే దృష్టులను కూడా కలపాలి. తొమ్మిది గ్రహాలు, పన్నెండు భావాలు ఉన్నప్పుడు కనీసం మూడు భావాలు ఖాళీగా ఉండక తప్పదు.
Start with the lord, not the emptiness
If the seventh house is empty, the seventh lord still carries marriage. A seventh lord in the tenth suggests the partner or partnership is bound up with career; in the twelfth, with distance or foreign places. The empty house tells you nothing on its own — where its lord has gone tells you a great deal.
7వ భావం ఖాళీగా ఉన్నా, వివాహాన్ని 7వ భావాధిపతే మోస్తాడు. 7వ అధిపతి 10వ భావంలో ఉంటే — భాగస్వామి లేదా భాగస్వామ్యం వృత్తితో ముడిపడి ఉంటుంది; 12వ భావంలో ఉంటే — దూరం, విదేశాలతో. ఖాళీ భావం ఒక్కటే ఏమీ చెప్పదు — దాని అధిపతి ఎక్కడికి వెళ్ళాడో అది చాలా చెబుతుంది.
Then add the aspects
A house nobody occupies can still be well supported. Jupiter's aspect on an empty house tends to protect the matters it governs; Saturn's tends to delay them. The aspecting graha's own condition matters too — a benefic that rules difficult houses does not aspect kindly.
ఎవరూ లేని భావానికి కూడా మంచి అండ ఉండవచ్చు. ఖాళీ భావంపై గురు దృష్టి ఆ విషయాలను కాపాడుతుంది; శని దృష్టి ఆలస్యం చేస్తుంది. దృష్టి వేసే గ్రహ స్థితి కూడా ముఖ్యమే — కష్టమైన భావాలను పాలించే శుభుడి దృష్టి అనుకూలంగా ఉండకపోవచ్చు.
And check the karaka
Every matter has a natural significator regardless of houses: the Sun for the father, Venus for marriage, Jupiter for children. Reading an empty house means reading three things together — the lord, the aspects, and the karaka. When all three are weak the house is genuinely afflicted; when one is strong, it usually holds.
భావాలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా ప్రతి విషయానికీ ఒక సహజ కారకుడు ఉంటాడు — తండ్రికి రవి, వివాహానికి శుక్రుడు, సంతానానికి గురువు. ఖాళీ భావాన్ని చదవడం అంటే మూడింటినీ కలిపి చదవడం — అధిపతి, దృష్టులు, కారకుడు. మూడూ బలహీనంగా ఉంటేనే ఆ భావం నిజంగా పీడితం; ఒకటి బలంగా ఉన్నా సాధారణంగా నిలబడుతుంది.
