Registering with MSAstroacademy (a part of MSASTROLOGY by Mrs. Madhavi Sharma) indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Agreement contains legally binding terms that govern your use of the site and membership. MSAstroacademy reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You must not use the Website or MSAstroacademy Services if you disagree with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use Agreement

This Agreement document is published under Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires the publication of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms and conditions for accessing or using the Website. In these Terms, "MSAstroacademy member" refers to the end user who accesses the website, its contents, or uses MSAstroacademy Services. "You" and "User" shall be used interchangeably for "MSAstroacademy member."

2. Eligibility

• There is no age limit for registering as a MSAstroacademy member.
• If MSAstroacademy has reason to believe that you are not eligible or have made any misrepresentation, MSAstroacademy reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership without refunding any unutilised subscription fees.
• By using this Platform, you represent that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• Filling out the student information form is mandatory after joining a course.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — user ID, password, OTP, and so on — confidential and for restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorised access to your account. All activities under your account are solely your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach, and to log out at the end of each session. As a company, we do not request passwords; you are advised not to share your password with anyone.

One account, one student. Your account is personal and may be used only by you. Sharing your login with anyone else — including family members, friends and study groups — is a breach of these Terms. Only one device may be signed in to an account at a time; signing in on another device automatically signs out the first, and that device is shown a notice saying so. Sign-ins from several different locations are reviewed by the academy.

Where account sharing is suspected, MSAstroacademy may, at its discretion: show a notice in your account; require each device to confirm itself with a one-time code sent to your registered email address; pause new lessons, quizzes, assignments and the issue of a certificate until the matter is resolved, while material you have already completed remains available; and, where sharing continues or is confirmed, terminate your access with immediate effect. Termination for account sharing is without refund, and no certificate will be issued. If more than one person in a household wishes to learn, write to support@msastroacademy.com for an additional seat.

4. Term and Termination

• This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you use our Website, apps, or any medium representing MSAstroacademy.
• MSAstroacademy may terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in commercial use of the Service, or participate in prohibited or inappropriate communication in any groups associated with MSAstroacademy or MSASTROLOGY — including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook groups. Termination comes with immediate effect and without a refund.
• All audio/video/podcasts/images/media uploaded under MSASTROLOGY and MSAstroacademy are the copyrighted property of MSASTROLOGY/MSAstroacademy/Mrs Madhavi Sharma. Unauthorised downloading, saving, or redistribution in any form is illegal and will be prosecuted.
• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting MSAstroacademy. If you cancel, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription fees unless guaranteed in writing.
• If the Company ceases operations, you will be refunded 50% of your unused membership fees.

6. Non-Commercial Use of Members

The site is for individual members' educational purposes to learn about astrology and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavours, including providing links to other websites considered competitive to MSAstroacademy. Organisations, companies, and/or businesses are permitted to become members only after competent authorities' approval. Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the site, including unauthorised framing or linking to the site, will result in appropriate legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Any feedback you provide to MSAstroacademy is considered non-confidential. MSAstroacademy shall be free to use such feedback/information indefinitely. By submitting feedback, you confirm that:

• Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information about yourself or third parties.
• You are not under any obligation of confidentiality regarding the feedback.
• You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement from MSAstroacademy under any circumstances.

8. Copyright Policy

All videos, writeups, and discussions displayed on this website are the property of the owner Mrs. Madhavi Sharma (MSASTROLOGY.com). Before posting, distributing, or reproducing any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information, you must obtain the written consent of the owner of any proprietary rights.

9. Disputes between Members

• MSAstroacademy members are solely responsible for communicating with other members via any medium. MSAstroacademy expressly disclaims responsibility for any monetary transactions or exchanges between members.
• MSAstroacademy is not obligated to monitor disputes that may arise between members and shall not be a party to any such dispute or litigation.
• MSAstroacademy is not a broker or agent for any member, nor does it participate in discussions between members.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of MSAstroacademy Services or any content is at your own risk. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." MSASTROACADEMY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

MSAstroacademy does not guarantee that the Website/App, its servers, or email sent from MSAstroacademy are virus-free or free of other harmful components. MSAstroacademy is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this Website/App, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, nor for any damage or alteration to your equipment due to installing or using the app.
