Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how enrollments and subscriptions for courses offered by MSAstroacademy (operated under "MSASTROLOGY by Madhavi Sharma") may be cancelled. It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Before enrollment / payment
You may cancel at any time before completing payment simply by not proceeding. No charge is made until you complete checkout. Adding a course to your account without paying does not create an enrollment.
2. After enrollment (digital courses)
Our courses are digital products delivered after enrollment: recorded lessons, PDF study material, assignments, quizzes where available, and live doubt-clearing support where included. Once access has been granted, an enrollment is treated as fulfilled. Cancellation of an active enrollment does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
If you wish to cancel an enrollment, email support@msastroacademy.com from your registered email address with your name and course details. We will confirm the cancellation and disable further access from your next billing cycle where applicable.
3. Subscriptions and renewals
Where a course is offered on a renewable access basis, it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation requests received before the renewal date stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation by the Academy
We may suspend or cancel access for breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example, sharing accounts, abusive conduct, or copyright infringement). Such cancellations are without refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

About the Founder
Mrs. Madhavi Sharma (B.Com, MBA Finance, MBA International Marketing, MPhil Entrepreneurship, MA Astrology — Telugu University, Hyderabad) is a Vedic Astrology teacher and mentor. The academy is built for students who want a structured path into Jyotisha, not scattered lessons or unsupported self-study.
