Delivery Policy (Digital Courses)
MSAstroacademy sells digital educational services only. There is no physical shipment of goods. This policy explains how access to courses and materials is delivered after a successful enrollment.
1. Nature of products
All products are digital: recorded video lessons, PDF study material, quizzes, assignments, and live doubt-clearing support where included, delivered through the MSAstroacademy website and Android app. No physical item is shipped, so no shipping address or shipping charge applies.
2. When access is delivered
- Self-paced courses: access is granted automatically and immediately after a successful payment is confirmed. You can begin learning right away from your dashboard.
- Cohort / batch courses: account access is granted immediately; live classes follow the published schedule, and recordings are made available after each session.
- In the rare event of a payment that is confirmed by your bank but not reflected in your account, access is enabled within 24–48 hours of verification.
3. How you access your courses
Sign in at app.msastroacademy.com or in the MSAstroacademy Android app using the same account. Your enrolled courses, lessons, materials and progress appear on your dashboard and stay in sync across web and mobile.
4. Access period
Access duration is stated on each course. Current open recorded courses include 3-year access, renewable for a nominal fee. Renewal terms, where applicable, are described on the course and in our Refund and Cancellation policies.
5. Problems receiving access
If you have paid but cannot access your course, email support@msastroacademy.com (or call +91 79959 56648) with your registered email and payment reference. We will resolve access issues promptly.

About the Founder
Mrs. Madhavi Sharma (B.Com, MBA Finance, MBA International Marketing, MPhil Entrepreneurship, MA Astrology — Telugu University, Hyderabad) is a Vedic Astrology teacher and mentor. The academy is built for students who want a structured path into Jyotisha, not scattered lessons or unsupported self-study.
